Protect Yourself Financially If Your Home Is Damaged By Fire, Flood Or Other Disaster

The Disaster Recovery Plan pays your monthly mortgage payment—and much more—when a disaster strikes and forces you to move out of your home.

Did you know that if a disaster strikes and forces you to move out of your home, you may still be responsible for making your monthly mortgage payment…NOT your homeowners insurance company. Unfortunately, it’s only after disaster strikes that many people discover that they have gaps in their protection.

The Disaster Recovery plan protects you by paying your monthly mortgage payment and reimbursing your homeowners deductible. It even helps pay off your outstanding mortgage balance in the event the land is deemed uninhabitable and your home cannot be repaired or replaced due to a covered event. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage that will add even more protection. Click on the icons below for more details on each of these benefits.
